Our beachfront studio directly on Lake Michigan is the perfect getaway for couples and adventurers. Located on the second floor, views over Lake Michigan and the pool are possible from most angles of the apartment. The large heated swimming pool and deck leads out onto a private beach overlooking the famous South Haven Lighthouse. Just a 15 minute walk from downtown South Haven, a ride up the street to the Kal-Haven Trail, and down the block from kayak and water sports rental, you’re right in the middle of everything this beach town has to offer.

North Shore

Welcome to our fully furnished studio condo. Ideal for 2 adults but 1 young child could also fit comfortably. Maximum occupancy is three people. It is a beachfront condo, directly situated on Lake Michigan. From the studio itself, there are great views over the pool and beach, but you only have to go downstairs to the terrace or beach to soak up more of the sunsets.

Accessibility: This is a second floor condo so there are stairs. Please note that there is no elevator.

Contactless Check-in and Check-out: Checking in and out is simple because we’ve handled all of the details prior to your arrival. You will be given a key code to use for the duration of your stay. Keyless access makes it easy for each renter to do their own activity and no worrying about where the keys disappeared to while at the beach.

Check-out: 10 am

Parking: There is free on-premise parking (1 spot).

Guest Access: There is a keypad on the door and you will be given a personalized code.

RATES

We can only accept weekly and monthly rentals due to condo association regulations. Check-in and check-out is on a Saturday for weekly rentals especially in the peak season. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit or common areas. Please contact us with any questions you may have as we will do our best to make any accommodation.

Please note: The tax rate is 6%. A processing fee of $80 + a $60 South Haven Rental Fee will be added to all summer season weekly rentals.

Deposits & Payment

Credit card or check (through PayPal). 2% discount on weekly rental rate with accepted Venmo or Zelle.
1/2 deposit is due at time reservation is made
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date
Security deposit of $250 is required & returned within 1 week after departure if everything is in order

Cancellation & Return Policy

We have a 60 day cancellation policy in order to receive a full refund minus the $80 processing fee. If a reservation is cancelled under 60 days, we will re-list the property. A full refund (minus $80 processing fee) will be given if property is re-rented.

Availability

If you’re looking for some Michigan summer sun, we’d recommend you book your stay during the months of October to December the year prior as our condos book up quickly.

We can only rent on a weekly or monthly basis due to condominium regulations and during peak summer season check-in and check-out must be on a Saturday.

The pools are open from Memorial Day in late May until the end of September.
